Here's a Super Rare 2010 Custom Shop '57 Les Paul reissue with factory original mini humbuckers! These guitars were part of a very limited run in 2010 where Gibson decided to give us essentially a Les paul deluxe from the custom shop with '57 Standard specs. The guitars were available in a red and blue sparkle finish as well as the goldtop you see here. Functionally, the guitar is essentially an R6 with minihumbuckers, but Gibson decided to market them as R7's. This one has the added cool feature of being a dark back! The rear finish is a deep brown with excellent grain in the mahogany. The neck profile is the fat 50s profile you would expect for an R7. Guitar is in all original condition and comes with the case candy, COA, as well as the original Hardshell case.
