Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped and fully insured with UPS and will require signature at delivery. Orders take up 72 hours to process. Tracking information will be emailed to you after fulfillment. If order is late or missing, please contact your local UPS store for further information. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of shipping damage will be required (i.e. detailed photos of packaging, damaged items/guitars, etc.) Sufficient evidence must be provided for a successful insurance claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales are Final. Orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours after receiving initial payment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel a transaction, please contact us within 48 hours of order confirmation. No returns and no refunds are allowed.
